Payment Options: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover via Google Checkout. Once payment has been cleared, the inventory will be released.
Order Processing: After we have received your cleared payment, we will proceed your purchases in 1-2 working days. We understand our customers very well that they want to receive their products as soon as they have settled their payment. That is why we will try our best to make sure this step can be completed in 1-2 working days. We will also put a lot of afford in wrapping and packing of your order so as to make sure your products to be shipped with a maximum physical protection.
Shipping: We ship WORLDWIDE. ALL items are shipped via 1st class registered airmail with online tracking feature. Make sure you provide us an address where you (or someone you know) can accept the package. Signature of the recipient is required before the parcel can be collected. Due to customs delay in different countries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery standard as stated in your order. We suggest that you wait for at least 14 working days. If after our suggested delivery standard has passed and you still haven't received your order, you are welcome to contact us for following-up or you can directly contact your nearby Post Office with the tracking number we provided so that you can ask the staff there to help you locate your package.
Insurance: Please note that insurance is highly recommended with your purchase of over $1000. We are not responsible for the loss and damage of your package once it has been shipped. However we can promise you that before we pack your order, your item/items is/are in good condition (unless state otherwise).
Refunds/Exchanges: No refunds and exchanges are accepted, unless we send you the wrong item(s). All sales are final.
